1. You are not allowed to upload imoral material. This can be audio, video and/or photo pornography, or materials that can cause prejudice to any entity(person, company, and so on) or that encourages violence towards peoples and/or animals(including post-mortem violence), or any other materials that cand be considerated imoral by the moderators.
2. You are not allowed to upload any imoral/obscen screenshots.
3. The content of the file you upload or it's description cannot contain telephone number(s), e-mail addresse(s), instant messaging IDs(for this purpose use hi5 or any other site alike). Also, they must not contain links to any other files or sites, except for links to other files on kosem.3x.ro - Free file sharing and storage ... or to topics on the Forum.
4. The 4th rule also applies to comments made on the files.
5. You are not allowed to upload any files that are infected by viruses, trojans, and so on.
6. YOU, THE USER, ARE THE ONLY RESPONSABLE FOR THE CONTENT OF THE FILES YOU UPLOAD.
7. In case a file has been downloaded more times than it was viewed it may be deleted, therefore you cannot post on any site direct links to any of the files on kosem.3x.ro - Free file sharing and storage .... Use "Share Link"
8. No discriminations are allowed here in the content and/or description of the uploaded file, nor in the comments added to a file.
9. You are not allowed to upload files protected with an open-password, except if the password is written clearly in the file's description. To upload personal files please use your private space, where you can upload anything you want(the moderators can't see the private files of an user).

If you do not comply to this rules:
1. The first time you are warned.
2. The 2nd time you get a 2nd warning and, if the moderator considers so, all the files upload on your account will be erased.
3. The 3rd time you do not comply to these rules your account WILL BE BANNED PERMANENTLY and all your files erased.

In some/special cases user can be directly banned from the first deviation.

1. Nu este permisa uploadarea de materiale imorale. Acestea pot fi materiale audio, video si/sau foto pornografice, sau care pot aduce prejudicii oricarei entitati(fie ea persoana, firma, companie, etc) sau care incurajeaza violenta fata de persoane si/sau animale(inclusiv post-mortem), ori material care, din punctul de vedere al moderatorilor, poate fi considerat astfel.
2. Nu este permisa uploadarea de screenshot-uri ce reprezinta continut/material obscen.
3. Continutul fisierului uploadat sau descrierea acestuia nu trebuie sa contina numere de telefon, adrese de e-mail, ID-uri de la oricare program de Instant Messaging(exista multe site-uri care ofera servicii de dating, matrimoniale, etc - folositi-le pe acelea). De asemenea nu trebuie sa contina link-uri catre alte site-uri(in afara de link-uri catre alte fisiere uploadate pe kosem.3x.ro - Free file sharing and storage ... sau catre topicuri de pe Forum).
4. Regula 4 se aplica si pentru continutul comentariilor fisierelor de pe site(a.c. kosem.3x.ro - Free file sharing and storage ...).
5. Nu este permisa uploadarea de fisiere infectate cu orice tip de virus, troian, etc.
6. USERUL ESTE SINGURUL RESPONSABIL PENTRU CONTINUTUL MATERIALULUI UPLOADAT PE ACEST SITE.
7. Este interzisa postarea de link-uri directe catre oricare fisier de pe kosem.3x.ro - Free file sharing and storage ... . In cazul in care un fisier va avea un numar de download-uri mai mare decat numarul de vizualizari exista probabilitatea sa fi sters.
8. Nu se admit discrimari sub nicio forma in continutul si/sau descrierea fisierelor uploadate si nici in comentariile scrise la vreun fisier.
9. Este interzisa urcarea fisierelor protejate cu parola la deschidere, exceptand cazul in care parola este trecuta clar in descrierea fisierului. Pentru fisiere personale folositi spatiul privat, unde puteti urca tot ce doriti(moderatorii nu pot vedea fisierele private ale unui user).

Abaterile de la aceste reguli:
1. La prima abatere veti primi un avertisment.
2. La a 2-a abatere veti primi al 2-lea avertisment si, daca moderatorul considera ca este cazul, veti fi pedepsit prin stergerea tuturor fisierelor uploadate de pe contul respectiv.
3. La a 3-a abatare vi se vor sterge toate fisierele uploadate, iar contul va fi BANAT permanent.

In unele situatii, userul poate fi bannat direct la prima abatere de la reguli, fara a fi avertizat.
